did you buy a picture at least Dave? You know Christo
needs that cash! For his wife's hairdye, and future
trippy and silly art projects.

No offense to your photographic skills, Dave, but I have yet to see a picture of The Gates that makes it look like it was anything more than a Hare Krishna wet dream. I didn't get to see The Gates in person, but my guess is that Frederick Law Olmsted must have been rolling in his grave.

Nice pictures of The Gates--you're lucky you got to see them! It looked like a fantastic installation to me!
